WARRANTY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We rarely sell our merchandise directly in order to support customers and dealers through our dealer network. If you purchased your item from a dealer, please check with the dealer to see what their return / exchange policy is. For defective merchandise, we will work with the dealer to resolve your issue. Please see our Warranty Policy and details.
If your merchandise was purchased directly from Veloce, please contact Customer Service either by phone or email.
For *Custom products, all sales are final. Also, all sales are final on all close out or sale items.
*Custom products are from our E-Custom line such as the Emperor, the Empress and Bulla Youth Suit
All *returns / exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Any merchandise received after twenty-one (21) days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise received after forty-five (45) days will only be accepted at our discretion for a merchandise credit – subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping of merchandises is the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.
Returns are accepted only upon approval. Returned merchandise must be in an “as new” condition – unwashed, unworn (other than trying it on) and unused.
Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted with a completed *Return Form. Please click on the Return Form link to pull up the return form. Fill it out completely and submit it to us. Print the Confirmation Page for your records.
WARRANTY
We warranty all our products against manufacturing defects and are happy to accept any defective merchandise for *refund, exchange, or repair. This will be based on individual cases. Unwashed, unworn, or unused defective merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days after purchase for an exchange, refund or repair. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by original receipt or invoice. Your return / exchange amount will be based on the amount on your receipt or invoice.
Warranties are transferable provided the original receipt or invoice is available.
*All refunds are subject to prior approval by Veloce.
PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION
Suits & Jackets – Two (2) year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the original date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage from mishaps or usage. Warranty does not cover damage arising from wear and tear.
Pants – One (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the original date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage from mishaps or usage. Warranty does not cover damage arising from wear and tear.
Gloves – One (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the original date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage from mishaps or usage. Warranty does not cover damage arising from wear and tear.
Additional Information: Any alterations or modifications made to products automatically void the warranty coverage UNLESS such modifications or alterations are pre-approved by Veloce and performed by our Approved Warranty Partners.
SHIPPING – RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Veloce will only cover shipping charges if we sent the wrong item. Veloce will cover the shipping of Warranty items back to customers. Shipping rates for refunds will be calculated on regular UPS or USPS shipping rates. Please check with us prior to shipping if you need to know the rates.
Buyer is responsible for shipping on exchanges for defects, different size, style or color. We recommend using the most economical shipping method for your return.
RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS
All returns and exchanges must be sent to: Veloce Gear USA, 10200 Mason Avenue, Suite #213, Chatsworth, CA 91411 – Attn: Customer Service. Be sure to include a copy of your Return Form in the packaging.
Please pack and seal your box securely, preferably in the original packaging if possible. We recommend obtaining a tracking number or confirmation of receipt on your package. Veloce is not responsible for any merchandise lost in transit.
